If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. We promise it’s less complicated than assembling IKEA furniture—though not quite as satisfying.

The following terms are applicable for any products or services that you purchased through us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

2. Services refer to the digital business cards and related features offered on the Cardizi platform.

3. Orders mean a request by you to purchase Services from us.

4. Platform refers to the Cardizi application and website.

5. Website refers to Cardizi, accessible from https://cardizi.com/.

6. You means the individual accessing or using the Services, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Services, as applicable.

注文をキャンセルする権利

You are entitled to cancel your Order within 3 days without giving any reason for doing so. That's right—three days! Just enough time to let the excitement of your purchase settle before you make a bold decision.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 3 days from the date on which you received confirmation of your purchase or when the Services were made available to you.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Yes, you read that right—no sneaky fees here!

返品条件

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Services that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Services may be refunded. Unfortunately, Services on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Services

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Services to us. Since our Services are primarily digital, please ensure that you follow the cancellation process as outlined above.
